Saas Bina Sasural 10th February 2011 Written Update

Everyone gets off the bus..they are wondering what to do when tej suggests to have breakfast at the dhaba near.. chedi asks toasty to get breakfast from the bus but dadaji asks toasty not to as they’ll have breakfast from the dhaba.. they all go to the dhaba and tej orders for lassi and tea.. sudha offers sweets to all.. she gives chedi and dadaji, then moves to pashu.. he takes a piece only ut she asks him to take more saying that he needs it..everyone looks at her but lalit covers up saying that since he doesnt have diabetes he can have and takes her aside and asks her why she’s trying to spoil everyone’s mood.. sudha says that she was just kidding..lalit asks her not to..she gives sweets to all others..

prachin tells dadaji that the puncture happened because of him as he was talking of bad things like the bus accident of the friend..dadaji says that he was just saying what happened..lalit says lets change the topic and decides to play antakshari.. they form two groups i.e elders vs youngsters..sudha decides to be with the youngsters but lalit reminds her that she should be with them but chedi asks lalit to let sudha be where she wants as their group is full of men.. ved decides to be in pashu’s group.. pashu says that he’s not playing when chedi says that pashu is in their group.. finally the game begins.. chedi starts with m and the game goes on.. in between dimple and prachin have their arguments..

elders get ga as their word.. chedi indicates to lalit and dadaji not to sing so as to make pashu sing.. both of them act as if they dont know any song and ask pashu if he knows..pashu has flashback:
ved and tej are dancing to dus bahane.. pashu comes from the store when they both ask him to join..they forcefully grab him..malti and her mom come from behind..pashu suddenly sees her and asks her when she came.. she rudely says that when the house was a dance bar.. pashu asks her why she’s saying like that??she says that there is nothing else to say as his brothers dont even have a bit of shame and are dancing like that in front of malti who is like their mother so what else can she call the house than a dance bar..malti cools her mom..

pashu enquires if she had food.. malti says that she personally fed her mom as she has come from such far a place, how could she let her mom be hungry?? pashu says very good and do parcel some food for her return..malti’s mom asks what does he mean.. malti asks pashu if he’s asking her mom to get out.. he says if she wants then she can stay but peacefully.. malti’s mom gets angry and taunts malti of how her husband is behaving with her asking her to get out.. he says that she spoke bad about his brothers as well as his home but still he is asking her to move out peacefully..she asks him if she doesnt then what will he do – forcefully push her out.. he says that he will not do such things as he has been taught to respect elders.. she further fumes and asks whether he means that she hasnt taught her daughter any values?? he says that that only she knows..she says that she is leaving.. tej tries to stop her but she doesnt listen and tells pashu that she os leaving and that she wont let her daughter live in this house for a long time..
Flashback Ends

toasty asks pashu to sing as he hasnt sung till now.. he says that he knows a song but he doesnt know how to sing.. he calls out to ved and asks him to sing.. ved says that he knows only bhajans as he doesnt like filmy songs that much..pashu says that the song is like bhajan only.. he tells ved the song and ved sings with everyone joining him..the driver tells them that tyre is fixed and that they can leave..tej says that he’ll pay and come.. dadaji says that he needs to go to the toilet.. pashu asks prachin and ved to take him..

tejys are coming out of the dhaba.. tej pulls her aside.. she asks him what he’s trying to do.. he asks her not to scream.. he asks him why does he want to romance only when people are around..he says that its because he loves challenges and doing things that are difficuilt..he asks her if she doesnt want their love story to be an example just like romeo and juliet??she says she doesnt want and tries to leave but he doesnt let her go..she says that someone will see and tries to leave bit tej doesnt let her leave..

he says that there is no one around… they get almost close but dadaji calls out and they beak free.. they ask him what happened.. he says nothing happened and thats the main problem..they all get into the bus..they continue with their antakshari.. pashu and chedi are not directly looking at each others face but keep an eye on each other..

break

they reach the resort.. all get down from the bus..dimple gets down the bus reading her book.. prachin is behind her.. he calls her and asks her if the bag he’s holding is hers?? she says it is.. he says then hold it.. she asks how can i when u r holding.. he throws the bag down on the floor.. she gets angry and asks him to give it to her..they again begin to argue.. tej, toasty, smita and nitika come asking them whats the matter..tej asks prachin to not behave like that and takes him away.. toasty also warns dimple to behave herself.. they leave.. nitika is with dimple.. she tells her its ok and to forget it.. dimple asks her if all boys are like that rude.. she leaves.. nitika is in thoughts..

break

lalit, sudha, dadaji and chedi are sitting together..lalit tells chedi that his kids respect him a lot and that its difficuilt to find such people in today’s world..dadaji says that children learn from what they see. if his son respects him then his children will obviously learn the same and respect chedi..sudha agrees with dadaji and says that you reap what you sow.. if sanskaar is instilled in the child then they will grow up like that only..but she says that she doesnt understand why pashu is hot tempered.. chedi’s and dadaji’s face expression changes.. lalit tries to stop her but dadaji says its ok and that ladies always want to know everything..

he gives her an example and says that dal however tasty it is requires a chilly to make it more tasty and spicy.. the same way is pashu.. toasty comes there with tea and breakfast.. chedi says that he doesnt feel like..she says that whether he feels or not he has to have breakfast as he has to take medicines which cannot be taken empty stomach.. chedi agrees and goes to take pakodas but she stops him and says that that is not for him and that she has made upma for him.. and says that after that he should take his medicines and that if he doesnt then she will take everyone’s class..they all agree.. dadaji tells lalit that this is his sanskaar, where she has handled everyone so well that it doesnt seem that she is their bahu but its asif they got have got their mother back..

chedi agrees and says that a small picnic which they thought of has become like a festival for them all because of toasty.. he says that the last time they went out together like this was before gyan was born and that its after a long time that they are spending time together all thanks to toasty.. she leaves..

chedi tells sudha that he first thought that toasty wont be able to adjust and take the responsibility of his house but she proved him wrong and that now he has full faith that she will always keep their family joint.. toasty is happy listening to all this from the back..he says that he has full faith that she will not take any such step due to which they will regret ever..toasty has flashbacks of meeting malti’s mom and what she said about these people.. toasty feels bad that someone whom they hate so much she met them secrectly and that she is breaking their belief..

a waiter is going.. chedi calls him and takes the plate from him.. pashu is watching from behind.. the plate has chips in it.. chedi is hiding it and eating.. pashu comes from behind and asks if someone ate something.. nitika and smita are next to ved.. nitika offers ved coconut water to drink but he refuses and asks them to leave.. smita makes noises of footsteps as if they are going.. ved thinks they left and turns back but he gets surprised to see them there..chedi is eating when dadaji comes to him and tells him that now he’s got pressure and asks him if he knows where the toilet is??
