Na Aana Iss Desh Laado 21st January 2011 Written Update

Shaurya manages to turn up at the Nth moment for his show and begins conducting the programme. He is apparently a very popular RJ in Delhi. But he prefers talking what he feels like on air rather than sticking to the script. This annoys his producer, but Shaurya manages to get his own way, thanks to his charm and popularity.

Dia hears Shaurya on a radio station and she not only likes him but also finds him amusing. She listens to his entire programme and loses track of time.

Dia and Jhanvi are having chaat. Dia tells Jhanvi that Rajveer did not drop her at college and she had to walk the distance. Jhanvi tells her that she is not a kid anymore and should learn to look after herself. Just then Shaurya parks his bike and comes along whistling. Dia looks around for the guy whistling but is not able to find him. Jhanvi and Dia are to cross a busy road to go back to college. Dia says they should wait for the traffic to clear a little and then cross the road. Jhanvi asks her to come behind her and that nothing would happen to her. Jhanvi manages to cross it and Dia is very scared to cross it and does not go behind her. Dia holds Shaurya’s hand thinking it to be Jhanvi’s. Shaurya helps her cross the road and Jhanvi is surprised that Dia is actually holding a guy’s hand! Only when Dia crosses the road she realizes that she was not holding Jhanvi’s hand but a guy’s hand. Instead of thanking him for helping her, she gets angry and accuses him of holding her hand. The two have a tiff and Jhanvi intervenes. Shaurya advices Jhanvi to look after her friend and rides away.

Jhanvi pacifies an angry Dia and takes her away. Dia is upset that Jhanvi did not help her but sided with the guy instead. Jhanvi tells her that she sided with the guy because one, the fault was Dia’s, two, because the guy was very cute and three, because they made a very adorable couple. Dia is, no doubt, shocked at her friend’s reasons!

Back at Krishna Nivas, Ammaji, Joginder, Gajender and Avtar are discussing about the profit incurred in business. Just then a hesitant Adi, along with Tanisha, comes in to talk to Ammaji about their plans. Before he starts to tell her, she says she knows what it is that he wants to tell her. She says that she would have appreciated it if she had got to hear it from Adi himself rather than from some stranger.
Ammaji makes Adi and Tanisha sit together and says that she does not have a problem with the fact that Adi has chosen his own wife. She says that now it is important for her to know what Tanisha’s family does. Tanisha says her father ows a departmental store in America. Ammaji does not understand the meaning and Gajender explains it to her. Ammaji says that a shop is a shop no matter how big or small it is. She is not happy with the fact that they would have to be relatives with people who are but mere shop keepers. She just points this out but says that she does not have a problem with the marriage, but on one condition.

PRECAP- Ammaji says that there is no point in further argument. Tanisha says she does not want to argue with her but nevertheless, she has a question for her. She asks Ammaji if she would wear western clothes if she comes to America. Joginder gets angry but Ammaji pacifies him. She replies that she would never go anywhere where her views are not respected.
